Sustainability
Sustainable development is at the heart of Elevate’s strategy and programmes. We are working closely with our local authority partners to ensure each project is planned and implemented in line with the need to protect the environment, achieve social progress which recognises the needs of everyone, use natural resources prudently and maintain high and stable levels of economic growth. We have developed a sustainability framework and checklist to enable partners, developers and builders to ensure all development proceeds in line with the principles set out in this guide.
