Elevate, on behalf of the Pennine Lancashire authorities of Blackburn with Darwen Council, Burnley Council, Hyndburn Council, Pendle Council, Rossendale Council and wider Lancashire public sector bodies, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors wishing to participate in a four year multi contractor framework agreement for housing and housing refurbishment work including Group Repair and Facelifting schemes.

Expressions of interest are encouraged from a variety of businesses, including small and medium enterprises and from consortia.

A Bidders' Briefing is taking place on 17 September 2009 at Oswaldtwistle Mills Business and Conference Centre. Details of how to register for the Bidders' Briefing will be sent to those companies who submit an expression of interest prior to this date.

Pre-qualification questionnaires will only be issued to companies that have pre-registered an expression of interest by emailing info@elevate-eastlancs.co.uk by 12 noon on 09 October 2009.
